Using Kanbit

You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to create an account. Keep your credentials secure, provide lawful information, and do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its providers.

Travel Wallet

Travel Wallet is a manual savings tracker. Its balance is not money deposited with Kanbit, a bank balance, stored value, or an insured financial product. You remain responsible for money held elsewhere.

Estimates and AI

Budgets, timing, availability, routes, descriptions, and AI-assisted suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Planning estimates, including those based on published averages such as U.S. DOT airfare data, are not quotes or guarantees. Confirm current price, availability, rules, accessibility, safety, visa, health, and cancellation information directly with the responsible provider before acting.

External providers

Google Maps, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Viator, Duffel, KAYAK, and other external providers control their own content and services. Opening a provider link takes you to a separate service governed by that provider’s terms. Kanbit is not responsible for a provider’s inventory, fulfillment, cancellation, refund, or outage.

Flight and hotel prices

Flight fares come from Duffel and hotel prices from KAYAK. A price is accurate only when it is checked and can change or sell out before you book. Saving a price to a plan does not hold a fare or room. Kanbit does not book flights or hotels: you book directly with the airline, hotel or booking site.

Hotel links that open KAYAK are affiliate links. Kanbit may earn a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you. Commissions do not affect which hotels are shown or their order: Kanbit lists KAYAK's results by total price, lowest first.

Test flight previews

Duffel test-mode results are demonstrations. A saved test reference is not a reservation, confirmation, ticket, or right to travel. No payment is collected and no fare is held.

Availability and liability

The prototype may change, stop, or lose access to provider content. To the extent permitted by law, Kanbit is provided as available and without guarantees. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy notice explains information handling. Material term changes should be presented before they take effect. Continuing to use Kanbit after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
